Terms and conditions
- We offer free delivery on all orders over £300 within 30-mile radius of our shop
address which is, 216 Petts hill, northolt, UB5 4NP. We also deliver nationwide;
however, we recommend calling us first on 07737 968587 to arrange this delivery
and for an accurate price
- .Delivery will usually take between 1 to 3 days, please allow enough time before your
event for delivery. We do also offer same and next day delivery in some cases, please
feel free to give us a call for more information.
- Please make sure someone 18 or over is able to receive and sign for the delivery as
failed deliveries will incur extra charges. We do require ID to be presented upon
delivery.
- Any damage to the products you receive must be reported within 24hrs of delivery
by calling us. All orders are double checked before leaving the shop.
- We highly recommend you check your entire order upon delivery before signing for
the items. This is to ensure no damaged products or items missing within your order.
- Full payment is required before orders are dispatched. Once we receive your order, a
payment link will be sent shortly after. Once the payment has been processed your
delivery will be dispatched.
- Alternatively if you desire to collect your order from our showroom, we do accept
cash payments.
- We make every effort to complete orders in full but at peak times stock levels are not
checked daily as such sometime we sell out of products and don’t have time to
change the website quick enough. In this circumstance we will offer a replacement of
the same value or more. If this does happen we will call before adding a different
firework.
- No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted in
any circumstances.
- Prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior
notification.
If you order online note that a payment link will be sent out within 24 hours, for payment to be made, we do no accept payment through our website.
Cancelling order
If you wish to cancel your order, we require you to let us know 7 days prior to delivery date, in any

- We only offer refunds for faulty fireworks that have been used in accordance with their written
instructions. Refunds or a exchange will only be given once the pyro firm has the firework back
(unless instructed otherwise) for us to investigate the problem. - We (The Pyro firm fireworks) will not accept any liability for damage caused through the firework, or misuse of the items.
- Purchasers MUST be 18 years of age or over. With no exceptions at all.
- It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase or possess fireworks
- It is illegal for anyone to possess and fire fireworks in public places.
- All our prices include VAT at 20%
Click and collect
- We do offer a click and collect service; you can place your order online and collect in
store. - In any cause if a product is not in stock at the time of order, a member of staff will call
you and we will either match the product with another in the same category.
However, before we make any changes, we will notify you first. - Upon click and collect you are able to pay in store, we do advise you bring Relevant ID with you.
